Yes, our organization is ISO 9002 approved. What warranties does your product carry?
We guarantee that our products are free from defects, and will take any product back that does
not meet the customer's specifications.
Is there an order minimum or line item minimum?
We have one of the lowest order minimums in the nation at $25.00 per
order. There are no line item minimums unless specified by the salesperson. What is your average turnaround time?
If it is a stock item and the order is received before 3:00 P.M. it will ship the same day. How late can you get out shipments for next day delivery?
In some cases we have gotten
orders out that were emergencies that were received at 5:00 P.M. We will do anything within our power to assure that your lines are not shut down in an emergency situation.
Do you sell other products besides wire harnesses and cable assemblies?
Wire harnesses and cable assemblies are our forte, however, we also sell tubing, connectors, and cable ties to name a few. Where do you ship your material from?
We ship from strategic warehouses located throughout the United States. Do you drop ship?
Of course, we can even private label and use your packing list if so desired. Do you make custom cables?

How long does it take to get a quote back?Most quotes are returned immediately, however, if it is a special
construction it could take up to 24 hours. Do you custom package?
We have no problem meeting most specifications. Just
check with your sales representative first. Do you do Just-In-Time shipping?
We work closely with a number of companies providing Just-In-Time services, including Kanban. Can you do special put ups?
