Power and Control Connectors for Wet Locations

Neploc is a versatile line of connectors which are gasketed at all critical points for water-tightness. Connectors are designed for heavy duty applications, especially where water, oil and other liquids or slurries are encountered.

HARDWARE

Neploc is furnished in natural finish, machined aluminum from bar stock for high strength and impact resistance. Five keys and key-ways index and plugs and receptacles. Double acme threads, provide quick coupling and prevent cross threading. Strain relief is furnished with a sealing grommet and gland nut, and further with optional mechanical clamp nut or basket weave grip. Different size grommets accommodate various cord/cable diameters. Plane, box and angle mount receptacle configurations help you customize connectors to your installations.

CONTACT UNITS

Neploc's environmental hardware is produced to use the full range of Triploc contact inserts. In configuration of one to twelve poles, both power and control inserts are reversable within specific plug shells or receptacle housings. This permits virtually thousands of assembly combinations. Asymetrical configurations and keyways protect polarity and eliminate cross-mating. Molded phenolic insulation contains and protects all recessed female or exposed male contacts.

Additional insulating materials are available for unusual applications such as high temperatures, fungus resistance and abnormal contaminating conditions. Certain 2, 3 and 4 pole inserts are UL and CSA listed.
