Most VGA monitors have a DH15M on a cable; These plug directly into your VGA port, However, you can use the following items to extend the distance between PC and Monitor: M1339 for lower resolution screens. M1329 supports high resolution (up to 1600 x 1200). M1329-PL Same as M1329 but with Plenum jacket. M1325 Easy install, has detachable end for pulling through conduits. M1325-PL Same as M1325 but with Plenum jacket. M13301, M13301-03 or L13301 90 degree P5 for limited space behind computer or VGA port. M13302 or M13302-03 90 degree P1 for limited space behind computer or VGA port. Or you can extend over Cat 5 cable with one of these: ADP5210 1280 x 1024 - 250 feet, lower resolutions go up to 300 feet. ADP5210A 1600 x 1200 - 100 feet, lower resolutions go up to 300 feet. ADP5210B 1024 x 768 - 320 feet, lower resolutions go up ot 430 feet. ADP5210C 1440 x 900 - 200 feet, lower resolutions go up to 590 feet. ADP5211 1920 x 1440 - 150 feet, lower resolutions go up to 500 feet.

DVI-A or DVI-I Male M5127 DVI-D requires a converter, this cable will not work to DVI-D.

DB09 Female The wiring of the DB09 can vary depending on the manufacturer of the monitor. Some of these old monitors may not support resolutions above 640 x 480 or 800 x 600. L5220 for monitors with the Sony design. L5221 for monitors with the Magnavox design. L5222 or M5222 for monitors with the NEC design.

DB09 Male on Cable The wiring of the DB09 can vary depending on the manufacturer of the monitor. Some of these old monitors may not support resolutions above 640 x 480 or 800 x 600. The M1335 works with monitors that have the NEC design. For other types, a custom assembly would have to be made.

DB25 Female The wiring of the DB25 can vary depending on the manufacturer of the monitor. Some of these old monitors may not support resolutions above 640 x 480 or 800 x 600. L5223 for Thompson or Mitsubishi monitors.
