OCP has expanded it's line of molded products to include cables specifically designed for Medical applications. Over the years OCP has dedicated itself to developing it's competencies in the design, assembly and insert molding of cables for Medical OEM's. Products such as Electrodes, Mechanical Snaps, ODM interconnects as well as Catheter cables have all been manufactured by OCP in their facilities in China and Mexico. Extensive use of unique cable construction materials such as thermocouple and tinsel wires is commonly employed in their design. OCP's experienced sales & engineering staff can assist in the design or manufacturing review of applications that require embedded Sensors, PCB's or custom hardware. OCP is managed under the auspices of the IPC/WHMA-A-620 process standards. All facilities have either ISO 9001/2000 or QS 9000 approved quality systems.

OCP provides a wide variety of Microcoaxial and FPC assemblies. We produce high performance Microcoaxial assemblies for many Flat Panel Display and Instrument manufacturers. We offer FPC's in Polyimide/Polyester base, Rigid or Semi-Rigid, High Density and Dynamic Flex, Value-added processes available on all forms of flex circuits include fabrication with SMT and thru-hole components, special packaging and testing.

Whether your FPC application is a stand-alone flex circuit or one that requires bonding to FR4 or a membrane switch, OCP will reliably manufacture your product.
