| Gary Fiocco | Ext. 305 | Gary started FICOM based on a foundation of high quality work, professionalism and an entrepreneurial spirit. He has a management, sales and marketing background, with the proven ability to develop high performance business support teams. Gary has over fourteen years experience in the communications industry. He holds numerous industry certifications and awards for business performance. |

| Jim Rex | Ext. 322 | Jim has served for over ten years as Chief Executive
Officer and/or President of various companies. Additionally, he has extensive business finance
experience, including over four years as Chief Financial Officer.
He is an accomplished Leader, Strategist, Negotiator, and Problem-Solver.
His work, as an executive or consultant, has involved organizations and
businesses from around the world. Furthermore, Jim has hands-on management
experience in the construction industry, including experience in facility
design/management, electrical design, network design and project management. He has a Masters of Science Degree in Taxation from National University in San Diego, a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Management Science (Advanced Studies) from the University of California at San Diego and a Certified Financial Planning Degree from the College for Financial Planning in Colorado. |

| Gary Eifert | Ext. 306 | Gary has over 10 years management experience with
a $1 billion organization. Additionally, he has 12 years experience
in the Voice and Data Cabling industry, including extensive management experience
in the same. Gary is considered to be one of the leading comprehensive
design/sales representatives in the industry and designer for AMP and Lucent. While attending San Diego State University, Gary's Major focus was Marketing and Accounting. |

| Andrea Egli | Ext. 315 | Andrea brings over 15 years of Financial and Information
Systems experience to FICOM. She has worked as Manager for Accounting,
Finance and Treasury departments with such companies as IVAC Corporation,
Hybritech, Inc. and Guidant Corporation. Additionally, she was Director
of Strategic Systems for Pyxis Corporation; and, has extensive experience
in Information Systems, including as a Principal Consultant for various
clients. Andrea earned a Bachelor of Science Degree - Accounting and a Masters of Business Administration - Finance Degree from San Diego State University. |

| Hank Coleman | Ext. 318 | Hank has more than 18 years of experience in Voice, Video and Data communications. He has extensive Military Major Program Management and significant Outside Plant Communications experience. Hank is a Certified Lucent Technologies and 3M Volition Designer and holds a State of California C-7 and Hazardous Materials License. Hank continues to fullfill his commitment to the community by serving as Vice President and co- Founder of the SmartCities, Inc. program, which is a highly successful Non-Profit organization providing low cost Internet access and computers to students and seniors in San Diego County. Hank received an AS in Business Administration from the Community College of Rhode Island. He then attended Bryant College of Smithfield, RI. His major concentrations were on the study of Management Accounting and Business Law. |
