Modular Adapter Specification Instructions   Indicate DB9, DB15, or DB25 connector male or female.
Note that jumpers can go only on the DB side of the adaptor.
Note that the RJ-11/RJ-45 side is prewired and
cannot change.
Be sure to specify male or female screw- locks
or thumbscrews.
Fill in the pin numbers on the DB side.
Note: Do not specify color code. The color code is subject to change. Strictly go by the pin numbers.
