Mbps Token Ring systems are unique in that they provide a 25-pair interface as opposed to the standard modular interface and can operate over category 3. They are also available in
two different wiring configurations. MDF wiring is the 25-pair, industry standard, USOC RJ21X scheme. Their newly designed EMDF wiring reconfigures the pair layout for optimal
performance. It is designed to support future category 5 products. Related Hubbell products have been approved by UB for these systems. As with other UTP Token Ring systems, a logical
