We will accept returns of products sold by us if the product is unused and in saleable condition.
We will charge a fifteen percent (15%) restocking charge.  A return authorization number must be obtained from the Sales Department prior to you shipping the products back to us.

Our cable products have a 1 Year Warranty.

If you want to return an item, please request return material authorization (RMA) number of our customer service staff.  RMA requests must be made within (15) days after receipt of goods.  An RMA# is only valid for 15 days.  All returns are to be shipped prepaid by the customer, to Discount Cables USA.  Please list the RMA number on the outside carton and/or your packaging list, and include a copy of the original invoice or packing slip to expedite processing.

Upon receipt and inspection, Discount Cables USA will repair, replace, or issue a credit memo, whichever is appropriate.

Custom Cables

Our technical staff will assist you in determining the correct product configuration.  We will maintain a record of your custom assemblies for future reference.  In some cases an incorrectly ordered cable may be reconfigured. In these cases, the customer will be charged a minimum handling and/or repair charge.

Discount Cables USA reserves the right to charge restocking fees on any item returned due to customer error, inability to use, change of mind, etc.  If product proves to be correct, the restocking fees applies.

Claims

Concealed damage or loss should be reported to the carrier and inspection requested at once.  All claims for shortages or damaged goods must be made within (5) days after receipt of shipment.
