Returns

Returns will be accepted with prior consent from LINDY Computer Connection Technology, Inc. A Return Material Authorization (RMA) must be assigned to ensure proper processing upon receipt at our warehouse.

Goods being returned as faulty where no fault is found will incur a handling and restocking charge. This charge is calculated as 10% of the purchase price of the product.

Goods returned for credit must be in a saleable condition and complete with all manuals, components and undamaged original packaging, any software seals (if applicable) must not have been broken. Damaged or incomplete goods can not be credited.

Goods being returned due to a mistake on the part of the Buyer may incur a handling and restocking charge.

Acceptance of returns due to Buyer error will be at the discretion of LINDY Computer Connection Technology, Inc. Goods will only be accepted when LINDY Computer Connection Technology, Inc.are notified within 7 days of receipt.
