* Removes power from printer when it hasn't been used for a
while.
* User can set the amount of time to wait before removing power.
* Returns power to printer when print signal is sent from computer.

Buffer holds data until the printer finishes initializing and becomes ready to
receive data.
* Not recommended for bubblejet, inkjet, or other printers
that have a "shutdown" circuit.
* Doesn't work on the IEEE-1284
interface.
