Q.	Can you give an example of a defect rate?
A.	Yes.  CableLink maintains a DPPM (Defective Parts Per Million) of less than 500, using Mil-Spec 105E AQL0.065 minor 0.040 major.
Q.	Do you have engineering support?
A.	Yes.  They are persons with computer cable sales/manufacturing skills.  The also have a electronics/electromechanical education and background.
Q.	Does your soldering and cleaning process use rosin or aqueous flux?
A.	Rosin core solder is used in the custom cable assembly process.
Q.	Describe your drawing and spec controls.
A.	Schematics, specifications, and drawings are kept electronically in a master library database and are maintained by QA.  Assembly personnel access working copies through firewall.
Q.	Do you have a list of testing and QC inspection equipment?
A.	Yes.  They include 4 Cirrus 1000M systems and 2 Cirrus 1000R+ cable/harness test systems, DVM's, and continuity testers.
