PATCH CORDS
Designed to maintain signal integrity, HellermannTyton offers a full line of high quality patch cords. These products are critical to the performance of the entire system, as inferior patch cords are the weak links in any compliant system. HellermannTyton offers one style of Category 6 patch cords and two styles of Category 5e patch cords. These patch cords have been thoroughly tested and guarantee the same high standard as the HellermannTyton connectivity hardware. HellermannTyton patch cords are available in 3, 5, 7, 10, 14 and 20 or 25 foot lengths in blue, yellow, green, red and gray.
Category 6 GigaBand Patch Cords
 The HellermannTyton Category 6 patch cord features a clear snagless plug latch, which also protects the identification label. Not only does it prevent tangles when pulling in tight areas, but it also shields the ANSI/TIA/EIA-606-A labeling area. The plug is clear with a colored cable.
The patented Category 6 patch cord is a key component in the GigaBand system. The unique orientation of the pairs helps reduce and control near-end crosstalk (NEXT) and far-end crosstalk (FEXT) within the system.
Each Category 6 patch cord contains a strip of 16 self-adhesive clear labels for identification (voice, data, LAN and fax labels).
