Our Customers Are Computer Stores, Importers, Installers, Government Institutions, Retail stores and Private Industry. Business Hours Monday to Friday between 8:00am to 5:00pm EST. After hours calls are  welcome. Pricing Policy All transactions are in AUD Dollars. Minimum Order Minimum of $25.00 per order. Government Departments Government Departments will automatically receive a 30 day account with  us. Our Company Details Payment Terms Company cheques, international letter of credit (for overseas purchases), electronic transfers, all major credit cards, cash and net 30 days terms (upon approval). Pricing Please call or e-mail to confirm pricing as they may change without  notice. Shipping For  products in stock, expect between a 24 to 48 hour turn around. We  ship all products via our selected carrier unless stated by customer. Returns Products may be returned for exchange only within the applicable warranty time. This excludes custom orders. Returns must be received by JCS within 30 days of invoice date. Before sending products back to us, you must obtain a RA number. Make sure returns are accompanied by the RA number. A 20% restocking fee will be charged for returns. Please inspect your shipment carefully upon arrival. You must contact our credit department no later than 7 days from receipt date. Acceptance of return is based on the discretion of JCS. Warranty 10 years on fibre cables and components.
